No returns or exchanges
Every POP Canopies product is custom made and printed with your artwork, so we don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations once an order is placed.
Print guarantee
If your print arrives damaged or defective, or doesn't match the proof you approved, we'll reprint it at no cost. Email info@popcanopies.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
1-year frame warranty
Canopy frames and hardware are covered against manufacturing defects for 1 year from delivery. We'll repair or replace defective parts. The warranty doesn't cover normal wear, misuse, or wind and weather damage.
Approving your proof
Please check spelling, colors and layout carefully before you approve. We print exactly what you approve, and errors in approved artwork aren't covered by the print guarantee.
